My Mission
Thank you for visiting Vote4RussNeal.com, It has been my honor and privilege to serve as the public servant for Ward 4 for the past 14 years. As the City Councilman for Ward 4, I have provided the Strong Leadership and accountability to the community and it is my desire that the residents of Ward 4 will grant me another term to continue to represent and work on behalf of Ward 4 residents.
